	Richard M. Fogg To the senior partner of Fogg, Fogg and Handley, the law is a tradition. His grandfather, Harry Lee, opened the practice in Indian Territory in 1901. After 35 years of serving the people of Western Oklahoma, he welcomed his sons to the firm of Fogg and Fogg. The oldest son, William eventually aspired to the bench and became a renowned jurist for the State of Oklahoma as a District Judge for over 15 years. 	Fletcher D. Handley Fletcher Dal Handley, Jr. has called El Reno home most of his life. He graduated from El Reno High School in 1966. He spent two years in school at OU as an Air Force Cadet and four years on active duty as an airborne equipment operator in the U.S. Navy. His Navy career as a member of Patrol Squadron 11 took him throughout Europe, the North Atlantic, Scandinavia, the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. MORE >
