We're exceptionally well-acquainted with the unique demands of juries, judges and trials. One of the real rewards of experience, is finally understanding what really "happened" in a case. There is no substitute for really seeing the global picture of your problem. Litigation for litigation's sake sometimes risks your company's reputation, or an important relationship. So even though we are prepared for the fight, we don't insist on winning the battle if it means you lose the war.
